thursdays suck...

i think i've mentioned this before but my boss is a super hero his super hero power is to give me diahreah by just conversing. not kidding he came back from a meeting started talking about the meeting and work stuff and next year and money and i literally could feel my stomach rebelling and blammo. its remarkable... he's done it before too.... hysterical. also when people try to have serious discussions i tend to wax rediculous so he's talking and i look out the window and say "hey look at that squirrels tail out there!!!" and my boss said "do i have to get blinds in order to have a conversation with you" because i do it all the time "hey look at the bird" "did you see those clouds?"

--- so at the liberry tonight people are totally ready to throw down over computer time... its nuts.... there was a chinese lady who was about to pick with an 8 year old.. and i mean to the point of grabbing and shoving. seriously. i finally yelled "can we act like adults please!". and it just happened again between a coupla other people. its like - if you all can't behave and be nice we'll shut all the computers down and nobody will be happy. jesus.

------ oh yikes there was just a dude at my desk who wreaks of URINE can't tell if its human or feline but the odor is like sticking to my face and hair---- like being smacked in the face with a soaking wet pee pee diaper.

----- i did a blooper here that acutally my counterpart had to take the heat for... to me its kinda funny but library administration doesn't think anything is funny... but i am in charge of putting events/programs on the branches website and the program they use is kinda persnickety and of course i wasn't paying full attention in the training anyhow i entered a program that was supposed to show up as every tuesday at 6:00 through march. instead it was listed like 4x a week through december 2012. to me funny .. but i guess phone calls and memos were written. geeze lighten up. we're not curing cancer here. although i did get someone with a sense of humor in the graphics department i had to make a last minute edit for a flyer.. i had to remove a movie that we decided not to show anyhow the guy was like "what was wrong with the movie why aren't you showing it?" and i said "i dunno they don't think Caligula is for the teenagers.... i'm cool with a little glitzy porn in the afternooon don't know about you" and he busted up and said as long as wine coolers were served it sounded perfect.

oh well i have to enter winter reading club names online so buhbye!

back to the grind today.

so busy at school and now at the liberry i've barely had time to put 2 thoughts together.

i just finished writing a love letter/stalker note from and older african woman to some police officer in new jersey - that she wants to marry - yet i don't think she's ever met him..... so reminiscent of someone... oh yeah me.

- also the homeless-ish man (kenneth who lives on a porch) was here... and another patron who is familiar with him came to me later to say he's got a huge crush on me. damn if i'm not the luckiest girl in the world : 1 homeless man, 1 mentally delayed guy who likes to refer to me as "his baby" 1 67 year old polish dude and 1 really scary dude whom i told i was married and he asked if my husband lets me have "special friends on the side"? i'm in need of a karma make over or something cuz my freak attraxx mojo is on high right now.

---- what else............. i never did get my hairdone.... next saturday.... i've got to be able to go at like 10:30-11 a.m. because once you're at marilyns its a solid 2 or 3 hours... enjoyable as it may be best to go early and still have the rest of your day.

---i made a lovely dinner yesterday..... salmon/shrimp burger (courtsey of the heinens seafood case) and some asparagus. really nice.

--- oh well i'm outty in a few so g'night everybody continue rocking and together we can survive the week. god willing.

monday feb. 16 year 0
prezidentz day... yeah. soooo happy i took off the liberry today. i had a really good day - sans hairdid- (postponed till next saturday).
i went to lunch with the welk, una and mia.... they are a riot.. they got pancakes with a face on it.... weird but kids love a pancake. i had eggs, toast and hash browns and as a direct result - diaahhhhhhhreeeeaaaaah! so weird. blammo sickness. so much for fried items and my sysetem. ick. i do love an over easy egg though. damn they good.
other then that nothing much.. my valentines day was pissed on by a friend...... thank you not so much. but whatever.
and on to this week... by not working today i didn't have to see walter my polish guru.. oh but he'll be there wednesday.
i got to do some vacuuming and laundry - took a little nap during general hospital and oprah - easy to sleep through.
and now i'm trying to think whats going on this week? - hmmmmmmmmm something i'm sure. at least its a day shorter then usual so that rules and i'm off next weekend like a human being.

*baby sal is about to destroy clothes drying rack #2 - it is his jungle gym and its making me nuts.
* at one point during lunch mia loudly in the restaurant declared she was "holding up the ceiling and it was very heavy" are little kids naturally on acid?
* the welk made me my fave valentines cookies............. they rule.
