i was supposed to have an appointment with the pix tomorrow but he has something else on his agenda - i'm bummed because i need some 1 on 1 pix time -he's a man of few words when i seek his counsel but baby those few words.......oh man.
well, i guess i'll speak to you maybe tomorrow, maybe not.

hey how bout that wind, i went to take some garbage out and i think i saw the wind blow a cats shadow into my yard and around the back of MINE house... was it real? we may never know.
- also i've been working on some fanciful jazz walking steps to impress MINE cats.. what fun.

this a.m. went to leave for work - battery dead (again) - landlord hero got it goin so i could get to work. student took car fixed exhaust related problem, brought car back, went to leave - battery dead - stopped on the way home - got new battery not to bad, made friends with mechanics dogs .. BIG UPS TO SARAH AND WILEY, i'll be brining snacks over for them tomorrow.
other then that... work was work.. our agency is firing people again... yet it's not as compelling as the donald trump "you're fired" show. gee i hope i don't get canned.. if the canning gets aimed at my branch of the agency.. it's me on the block...no question. nausea.
i'm hanging on to current events in my life but can't find a place to talk about them... it's weird. i feel foolish telling carolyn and maj my stupid events when they are in the midst of child birth and life altering experiences... i want to share with them but at the same time... whatever. after them there isn't anyone to fill that role anymore. it's o.k. i actually take the lack of listener as a sign that it ain't no big deal.
** if you are out there purchasing cereal - BUY THE NEW MAPLE BROWN SUGAR FROSTED MINI WHEATS.. (still a little too sweet for me) BUT FUCKING KICK ASS. I COULD LIVE ON THIS S. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

not much going on today... oh wait
HAPPY BIRTHDAY GENIE!! it's gene simmons' birfday (the dog)!! he is 6. i remember genie when he was a little tiny baby dog and i would go over sam & barry's house to take him outside, and he was so little i had to carry him down the steps.. and sometimes i would take him on "dates" over to where carolyn & i lived and we would sit in the yard and play, and lay in the grass and dream. GOD BLESS YOU SWEET GENIE - YOU ARE A DOG'S DOG AND A TOP NOTCH GENTLEMAN- I LOVE YOU.
so lets see, staff meeting.. very low impact because we were down a coupla people -
i just had one of the best oranges ever, it will be filed as one of my best memories... say remember that time i was upstairs about to blog before bed and i had that orange that was so good > thats what the recollection will sound like and i'll be looking up to heaven gazing dreamily.
speaking of dreams - i'm going to bed...
my cat (i think nova) was downstairs doing the negro spiritual early this evening...i don't know if it was pom pom, pom pon, pon pon, pon pom...related.

watching nypd blue because of much hyped hot love scene. easy to drop mtvs realworld because it'll be shown ohh about 1000 times over the next few days so my apologies to jaquise.
today was today at work.
had a turkey buuuuuuuuugar for dinner that was nice.
now the electric blanket is on ... nypd blue is on... i'm ready to hit it.

watching the oscars a little here and there.. the director of lord of the rings looks alot line brian bortz... can i say that?.... he does.
jack black and will ferrel were just on and of course funny as hell.
i had a wonderful family dinner night at the lopix-welker home... so nice so lovely.. i think i felt the baby do something... i feel a bit weird, even though carolyn and i have been friends for sooooooooo long, feeling her stomach and speaking directly into her crotch but i think i felt una shimmy a little bit. i already love her. she, like her aunt baby fea, will be born a monkey and off to the side i will encourage her to get the same tattoo that i have of the year of the monkey symbol. we will celebrate "our years" with lavish feasts and fun presents and oh yes candy.
o.k. enough fantasizing about the future on to the present and to bed.
