wednesday
today was about 48 hours long. or so it seemed. my nerves are a bit shot lately so staff meeting was a little hard to bear. i tried to go hannibal lecter and go inside my head and think about other stuff so that i could - as tom berringer said in platoon---- "TAKE THE PAIN".
let me take a minute to mention the sheer joy of pears. damn i enjoy a good pear.
here's another weird thing of today (maybe not weird but i kinda went ... did that just happen) i was at home and puttering around you know setting up coffee for tomorrow making MINE LUNCH (of cucumbers and a hard boiled egg - but i digress ... but speaking of "mein") and from the living room i hear the next program on the history channel come on -- and it's about (of course) hitler... and swear to god, in the kitchen i said OUT LOUD - oh its nice when theres a hitler show on so i can kick back and relax. very relaxing WWII was. G. swoop down and help me out here.
does anyone out there have thoughts about this new mel gibson film (directing not acting) about the last hours of jesus' life??? anyone??? i was talking to chris about it.. it is almost certain that i will see it... however i'm made nervous by the brutality of it... i mean crucifixion even in ones imagination is gruesome so to have to see it - hmmmm i'm afraid a little. maybe i'll call out for people to posse up or something or at least call for people to meet me for martini's after.
well i am outta here and then i'll be over there.

hi gang. sorry i've not been a-bloggin lately. no reason.
right now as i flip through the tv channels.. i've just watched my first 3 minutes of american idol ever. its shameful. sad. and irksome. these people are disturbed.
today i heard the pina colada song on the radio - i wonder if any contenders ever tried out for the show singing the pina colada song?
i'm a little tired today but i accomplished alot of little piddley things, those annoying pit stops you never feel like making after work.. you know the post office ect. and now its done. hooray.
i'm on a new made up diet. which involves saurkraut. i'm freakin loving it.
i'm also getting pumped because valentines day is coming. its my favorite holiday.. because of pink, and hearts, and candy.
because of the holiday i feel like today was my second monday.
hey real world is on tonight. sadly its on at 10 and i shall be upstairs hitting the rack by then.... i wonder what big boobed girl will do this week (calling a black guy the N word will be hard to top), and what about lunkhead guy? and phobic girl... i guess i'll have to catch the repeat one of the 900 times they play it over the next week.
