its wednesday chris, wednesday. and if you had a weekly staff meeting that is the crown of thorns and scourge that mine is you would never not know when it was wednesday.
todays meeting... felt like having electricity run through your brain slowly for an extened period of time and frequently in that period of time people could shoot you with extra electricity via their incessant babbling. so that was my staff meeting.
only 2 days left of the school year. praise g.
outside of that the day went by almost too quickly, it seemed like i got home from work at 9:30 and it's time for bed. thats weird. i flipped through alot of tv tonight. and tv sucks... i hate repeat season. there are no new (new to me) shows to adopt in reruns.. it's all vapid garbage. where did the godfather channel go? why is it gone when i need it most? where is enzo? where is clemenza? where is my dear dear mafia family?
oh well tomorrow i have like tid bits of work to do.. i think i will escape early.
hey i saw a friends baby today, at the store, this baby is like 2 weeks old - sooo cute (though i don't want children)- and heres the kicker.. he is 1/2 the weight of my cat jack. jack could kick this babys ass if it came down to it.. maybe i'll try to arrange some kind of pay per view event amongst my friends.... baby jack -vs- baby hudson in the baby wieght event of the year. put your dough$$ on the cat man.

3 days left of this week then work becomes sparse and free time becomes bountiful. pool passes, bike rides and trips to the beach top the agenda (if the friggin weather will ever cooperate).
THIS WAS A GOOD DAY (despite the shitty weather) - I LOVED TODAY. things seemed to be rolling on a nice even keel like the planets are lining up or something. or maybe that its that i will be on 2 months vacation soon! either way i feel fabulous (yes i said it)
today at work i got tons and tons of stuff done, enough to allow me to arrive leisurely and leave early for the next 3 days - hooray.
i went to the Y today. i ran alot better- my ankle has finally given up it's false pain routine and succumbed to my desire to run on it. i ran faster, and alot easier and it was good. i am happy to be enjoying it more and being able to do it better.
i also made a huge vat of chilli - and it is excellent - good with crackers but not false onion rings i'm a little over loaded on those lately i feel vomitous.
my landlord delivered a vase of flowers from the yard, some of my favorites are in bloom now so i am tickled to have them in the house. big ups of course.
and now i will go have some fruit and see whats on tv.
i'm reading a good book right now... its called "the lovely bones" it's i guess a little fluffy reading but it's got some unique ideas so i'm enjoying that --it's been quite a while since i picked up something non-historical/fictional and liked it. ups to suzanne at work for the recommendation.

work was gay stupid and is over.
i worked at the bar for 1 hour this afternoon.
tonight i rented a movie called "love liza" it stars phillip seymore hoffman... it was good, a little more of chris' type of movie but i liked it.- i was in that kind of mood.. it was odd, and bittersweet.. and i liked the songs in it... the last one in particular.. not for any lyrical value (although it's pretty good) i like that style of song. good and nice - i don't know what kind of thumbs i give the movie but see it if you want.
i had a long 'rap with DVVP... he's a good man and good friend and i like talking to him and yet i am bitterly jealous of his plan to go on a family vacation to hawaii... hey i love pineapple more then life itself sometimes.. i can go ...... i wanna go.
oh well .. so it goes and so it goes and so it goes and so it goes and where it's goin .. no one knows. ( i can wager a guess though)
