lord have mercy i'm glad this week is over. however i am faced with the awful fact that there is another week coming up... and another and another and another. oh well there's time to rest when you're dead.

- so i saw some motorcycle trick drivers on the highway the other night... at first i wasn't sure but i just knew.. and i'm not one to break out in full applause whilst driving (o.k. i am) but i was yelling "hooray" and clapping like a damn fool. (alas it was not chub fresh) i hope nobody was killed.

- the other night after a fantastically shitty day at workS i pulled into my driveway and was immediately 100% cheered up by the fact that ma'possum was back..... big and heavy and rolling through my yard.... i can't wait to sing "i love it when you call me big 'possum" to him.

- i think i have another mouse in my house.... something literally banged against the closed closet door in my living room last night. so part of my agenda for the weekend is to find one of those humane traps..... before the cats figure it out.. although i've said it before - my cats... not so in touch wif they roots. dig.

- i hope i have a good weekend. back to normal type stuff - leave the week behind

- i should go see if we got any new or good dvds in to take home for the weekend. i'm still waiting on the syd barrett dvd i ordered ages ago. if you have it out... please return it to your local cleveland public library.

- its too loud in here... i find that lately i've aged about 70 years.. i'm constantly saying "shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" or "my hearing aid is working just fine WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING" or of course the classic "please go somewhere where i can neither see nor hear you!" its making me nuts - are the youth of today outrageously loud these days or what? got to be the ipods.

- i'm dying to go home i've got 34 minutes left.

- i'm currently listening to the local thuggery - one of whom has a large comb sticking out of his hair... do you suppose he forgot to remove it after grooming? anyhow they are idiots they're trolling myspace and commenting on various girls "derrierres"....classy. i think i will send messages to their computer screen or actually its way more fun to just shut their computer off from my desk.. they look around like "wha happin" not "whats happenin'" featuring rerun and rog.

- turkey sandwich for dinner - yeah booyyeeeee

- on that note i can't think of anything else....

- oh yea i found a picture of little young rocker sinner on the interweb today... what a lil cutie.

i was having a fairly fine day until like 20 minutes ago. i am at the liberry right now and i have spoken on the blog here before about a specific co-worker who never shuts up... its a 4 hour running narrative of everything she is thinking at every second. plus there is the nonstop questions "should i worry if the margin on this isn't quite right?" i reply "are you gonna frame it?" she says "no" - then "so what" and it goes on for hours.." oh gee maybe i should change it? can i change it? will the computer save the change? will it be changed in the email attachment if i sent it from the other room? which document will keep the change? can i go back and change it later? will it save the change? will it be changed in the email? how do i save something? how do i attach something? if i save it to the desktop can i attach it later? if i've saved it from the email on this computer and the original is on the back computer if i change one will the other change? why does the indent keep moving? what does this error message mean? do you think downtown will care if the margin isn't right? do they use my original for the flyer? should i just redo the whole thing? what if it doesn't save? why does it smell flowery by my desk? did someone do something? you know these smells make me sick. how could someone do that? look at my desk i was supposed to clean it off 2 days ago but what can i do? what happened to the fine on this card? who changed it? why? is it a double entry? it wasn't like that before what happened? and it goes on and on and on and on. i've actually held the phone to my ear just listening to the dial tone pretending to talk thinking..mistakenly that i could make it stop.. no. does anyone have tips to either make her shut up or block it out.

at least given the neighborhood there is always a marginal chance of a drive by shooting. i think its time for ron and i to implement our plan of 40 oz. fridays as company policy. anything to dull the noise. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

when i got this job my desk was clear in the back of the library.. totally isolated... i, in retrospect, was a fool asking to be more centrally located.. i miss my back corner of nothingness.

oh well enough about that. either my head will explode or it won't.

other then that i am so pleased tomorrow is friday. and i'm off sat and sunday praise jesus.

i don't have a plan yet - hoping for plans sat. though the elusive flying v's mentioned a cook out of sorts this weekend.... but we'll see which plan is worth blowing off for which.

i need to go to heinens on the way home.. nuts, pita, beer, more turkey, cat food, chewing gum. i think thats it but thats never how it works out.

i want to / demand to go home right now. 45 minutes left.

yeah happy wednesday! and yes today was better... see you just have to hope enough, i guess. i mean it was better but not like cedar point good ya know.

oh well i'm pleased to be getting the hell home at 6:00 today! i met my new "counterpart" at the liberry... hmmmm the word dufus comes to mind, also "thick as a brick" ---- older lady.... not terribly "on the ball" had, i guess, the same nazi styled library training regime as i did however still doesn't understand the idea of the LC filing system... which is really handy to have somewhat of a handle on in this biz but whatever man... at one point i was trying to show her the various catagories in the aisles and she became distracted by the fact that i had red shoes on and after that i think it was over.. she was gone. oh well.

other then that i am starving like marving right now... but i have a really good lookin banana in my bag and of course my nuts/cheese.

oh well off to kill some m..f-in time.

what a balls out crapper of a day. seriously. what the f.? it was like being smacked in the face with a poopy diaper and kicked in the literal or proverbial balls alllll daaay long! shit!

now i'm at the liberry where in i was just told my new "counterpart" is a little displeased with working my hours in the summer - which is by the way, the friggin deal. i work shit shift 9 months of the year because i HAVE TO -you get to suck it up for a couple months - deal bitch. yea i'm quite aware that it sucks total ass to close every night.......... welcome to my friggin day to day life! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

other then that......... my weekend was great ......

had unas birfday party on saturday ... she's the best it was good and fun and the food was delish (thank you sinner and your grilling technique), cake was good... weather was chilly but nice. then i opted out of working job #2 yesterday... thank g. best thing i ever did i felt like a human being for a change.

right now i just want to leave. i'm actually a little crabby.
