saturday.
hi
today was an almost non existant day or might as well have been which is o.k.
it's a little after 4:00 and i have to be getting ready for work. as much as i loathe saturday night games i know the $$ will be pretty good and once your there it doesn't matter anyhow. i'll just pray for a very fast game, no rain and no extra innings... c'mon tribe lose faster!!!
yesterday i spent a bunch of time with my parents so that was pretty good. not as torturous as usual. we had a nice afternoon. after i got home from that i ran a few errands then it was after 5 and i took a nap for a little while and that was that!
so there you have it.. i'm off tomorrow which is odd because sunday day games are my favorite but i switched as a favor so i will enjoy the day!!!

wednesday.
i haven't blogged lately. that is a good thing. that means i've been enjoying my days. that is not to say i didn't enjoy today - i did but i had time to blog.
nice day today. i rose late. i went and let gene simmons out. i went to the rockyriver high school track and ran / walked and ran the bleachers - very hot... very very hot. then went out for the evening with carolyn and chris to the big rock and roll hall of fame ABDULLA, BOULDERS AND KEELHAULS show... we only saw a bit of the ABDULLAS but i will say that the BOULDERS were really kicking the ass. as did THE KEELHAULS it was SHAPEFEST. and i was glad to be there with carolyn chris and later THE SINNER. sometimes i must sit back and say "wow i'm lucky that these are my nearest and dearest friends... they're so cool and so nice and i so adore them" as gay as it is i feel blessed to have the circle of friends that i do... i mean... for christsakes i could be hanging out at a lakewood bar with kyle, and chip! (rest assured if i were me and in that boat i'd've had my head in the oven long ago - it was hard enough to wait on them). so hooray for us.
BIGGEST UPS OF THE WEEK SO FAR GO TO MARILYN - OUR HAIRDOOO PERSON!! thank you MARILYN - we miss you and look forward to seeing you!!!
right now outside of my back window someone is jamming guns and roses loud. should i call the cops? i've become the gladys cravitz of my area.... i let it go for now...but should they go past midnight... i'm doin it.

what a glorious day. i'm loving this whole day.
i got up at 9:00 then called my friend michelle to go to the pool when it opened... we got there at 11:00 brought some coffees and magazines with us and chit chatted and swam and really enjoyed the morning/afternoon. (HIGHPOINT: (and i recommend this to all 25 and or 25+ yr. olds out there) - GO TO YOUR PUBLIC POOL AND GO ON THE SLIDE... make sure you're in line with kids and on your way down you must raise up your arms and scream "YAAAAA HHHHOOOOO" so totally ridiculously fun...). then michele and i made some stops on the way home... it's almost 4:00 now and i just spoke to the welk and the sinner who said c'mon over we'll grill some chicken outside. (it's nice to call there and hear sam in the background yelling "ask her if she wants to come over and drink some beers?" of course i do sam, of course i do).
And that is that. love it.
as opposed to yesterday. i got some clam chowder from a restaurant around here - to go. and when i said "clam chowder" the girl paused and that should have told me something.... anyhow it tasted a little bitter but one never knows how or what they do to tweak regular soup... long story short i spent the rest of the day ... feeling like i had a raging fever and being literally / traditionally sick to my stomach. do i still love clam chowder? yes. would i go right back into that place today and get some? yes. i am sick and i just don't care.
