8:00 coffee coffee coffee
9:00 - smashed banana.. i don't know what happened to it... bummer
10:00 - orange
12:30 - nonfat strawberry yogurt w/grapenuts as filler plus raisins, apple, orange
5:00 - 2 pretzels with salsa\
6:22 - Night time "ringer" with chicken... a little lackluster.. i think its more the nature of the day.
Today all people sicken me. and that's it.. i wish i had more to say or some positive blurb to generate.. but really you look around you and it's basically slim pickins.... good luck all.

Day 43 - Wednesday March 13, 2002
i lost todays blog due to blog problems and my blogs were totally blogged up through not fault of my own or the web master or anyone it was just some sort of bloggery that prevented blogation.
let me think...
hmmmmm wednesday... i'm sure i was pissed off....i think i was hating on cookies in general and false dieters who eat cookies who in turn SICKEN ME.

worked worked worked.. had time to kill going directly from work to work...............

8:00 - a plate of turkey and hot sauce
9:00 - 6 Mike & Ikes (4 red, 1 yellow, 1 green)
11:00 - tiny bowl of shredded wheat... raisins....
sooo tired.
