hows life?

i can't believe its tuesday seems like i just laid down for a nap on friday and its all over. where did the time go. saturday was miffy's birthday party over at the welk/lopixx house... that was nice if not exhausting. i don't always like being the kid police, and i don't like having to yell at other peoples kids. yet i am sometimes left to do so. it was a nice shin dig though. good to see dan and maj whom i haven't seen in a coons age ditto for chris and laurie.... a coons age.. see what i'm saying where the hell did time go. the toilet i suspect.

speaking of toilet.... for the last 2 days i feel like my internal organs are fist fighting each other..... all day - literally ALL DAY - i'm sick but with nothing in particular.. no flu.. no cold just alot of discomfort and pain. oh well either i'll lose weight or die or something in between.

what else...... not much.. got my new compeedo up and rolling but i need lessons in photoshop..... anyone know how to go about that..... no i don't want to pay for a full semester class at tri-c... doesn't any place run a workshop. there was one sponsored by the liberry for employees but

a.) it is booked and b.) it is in roots town ohio... where is that?

any ideas? do let me know.

i need need need to do another 8:20 run into heinens today after work. i never do the "buy food for the week" thing... and more and more i see its a good idea. tuna fish and mac and cheese sounds good if my stomach will allow. i spent years of energy nurturing an eating disorder... just being sick kinda takes the fun out of it. oh well

on that note i will take my break and get geard up to go home.
