welp i'm back at work. after a week of vacation! while it was nice to be off work... i don't think being at home is for me... i'm too fidgety and restless..... although i did put that restlessness to work and painted my living room... looks good. now on to the dining room - not great vacation plans but the weather sure isn't giving me a reason to go to the pool or the beach. so i'll make due.

other then that.... i have a meetin at other work today - god i hope its so that the big shot can talk to me like i'm a worrying ninny.... god i would love that. (see if you make it like its going to be a treat... it may be more enjoyable!).

-10 things to be grateful for:

1. the food network.. not that i'm gonna cook any of that crap just fun to watch.

2. blue paint

3. the squirrels - despite their constant destruction of my potted plants....

4. ma'dogs.... work and personal alike.

5. emmitt spraggins - library patron - can't explain it him just love him.

7. my landlord/hero for fixing the trim on my living room

8. yelling "BOYS PLEASE" at kids in the liberry

9. paying off my last credit card!!! yeahhhhhh!!!!!!

10. una and miffy. (damn i should write a kids book with that title)

oh yea - I DID IT AGAIN.. and i'm telling this shamefully after saying i enjoy the food network.

- so i'm watching tv last night and here that racket... and think someone is breaking in my house through the back door..... oooh no thats not it.... i have once again put eggs on to boil to make hard boiled eggs for lunch - AND BURNED THEM... BURNED OUT ALL THE WATER, EXPLODED ALL THE EGGS, AND BURNED THE PAN! i am a culinary genius.

oh well so it goes....

got the movie factory girl today at the liberry. so theres something to do. not a lot of good hitler flix coming through. and i just say a clip on tv that tom cruise is making some kind of world war II movie.... i just saw a picture of him in a uniform and thought... holy jesus.. you've got to be kidding... i can only wonder if his co-stars may include steven segal and kevin costner... that would be totally believable and awesomely bad!!

i've got 2.5 hrs left here so i might as well do something semi-productive. eh never mind i think i 'll look at stuff on the computer.
