friday
ok heres the high and low of it.
ma cats bad teefs, they gone. she's doing well. not to fond of the cold banana flavored anti-biotic but i found the answer in a krispy kreme donut! i knew that would be the only way to get her to eat the medicine.. lets face it you could coat a donut with 6 inches of ex-laxx and we'd all eat it - i mean IT IS A DONUT. so that was a relief. (not financially). jack goes in tomorrow for a nice brisk ear cleaning and a burl check. now as for ma'self i'm not doing so terrific and i love that the cats health issues are in the forefront of my agenda...far ahead of my own. regardless, i have been dizzy for the past 4 days... not vomiting (traditionally) but kinda weaving when i walk and dizzy even when i'm at my desk at work (not quite the underdog - illness thank heavens ..."i am fine when sitting down but when i get up things spin around" - underdog. thank you ladies and gentlemen). now when the company you work for hits major financial snags and foul ups and they decide the first thing they will do to save $$ is to change to ghetto styled insurance be prepared to get what you're paying for. (another sign of the low end insurance is calling friends and reading the list of doctors names and howling with laughter... really not compiles as comic material). so i go to the office. uh.. ick - kinda. and i get doctor "tight ass" who will not loosen up AT ALL. (not even for the underdog joke "well doc, i know for a fact its not the underdog sickness..." - nothin.) and heres one thing i hate - the unannounced - tag along med. student... who i kept looking at saying "ok dude what is it - this is a pop quiz".. he was moderately loose but seemed afraid of dr. tightass. long story longer.. the diagnosis is and you'll love this - this goes in the scrap book.. "i don't know - call me if you're still dizzy in 4 days and we'll sit here and scratch our heads some more". medical school money well spent - kudos. he said it may be a virus. but i got no antibiotics - you know just in case theres and infection or whatever -just to be on the safe side... you know meningitis is a virus, but we'll scratch our heads about that 4 days from now. he was concerned that my blood pressure was elevated..i've never had that and i'll attribute it to being annoyed both at work and with him. so i got sent to get blood drawn... from nurse sticky o'pincushion... it was particularily painful but she couldn't seem to get ma' veins to work. and whilst i don't like to look it was taking so long and she was so flustered that i had to look, nothing worse then seeing them fish for veins with the needle in your arm. after a fishing expedition produced nothing but a vicious bruise in the left arm, we switched to the right.. now it hurts to bend my arms... and i'm still dizzy! what a marvelously productive day. i choose to focus on the positives.. FRANNY IS FINE and i'm up here in the sweat lodge.
i work tomorrow, and will hopefully be going to the witch hunters show with the pixxx.
right on, amen and keep on keepin on.
