halloweeeeeeeeeeen is tomorrow - that rules. i am going to be hannah montana or at least that is what i 'm gonna try to be. of course i plan things sooooooooooo last minute that it is all hangin on my finding a long blonde wig - a co-worker is going costume shopping tonight so i've comissioned her to find one for me and if she doesn't i'll make some attempt after i get out of work tonight at 8:00 to try to find something. if not i'll be a cat as usual. i just think hannah montana would be funny. i'm borrowing una's hannah montana microphone and cd. una does have a wig but its for little kids (which is fairly demented). we'll see.

- i'm actually tickled to be here at the liberry tonight only because i'm off tomorrow- somehow the promise of not being here tomorrow has made today much more bearable.

- and i'm off saturday

- i do have to work downtown on sunday - history dept. which is cool. the bogus thing is there is a stupid browns game at the same time that i need to be there so parking is going to be a redicerstick nightmare. thusly i will ask the welk/pixx camp if someone would gimme a ride down there - then i can catch a ride back with my friend jack.

----i'm showing a movie here right now... i was supposed to show "the corpse bride" but i never bothered to order it because no one ever shows up - needless to say 1 kid is loudly saying "hey when's the movie???" so i just pulled harry potter off the shelf- opened up some popcorn and juice for him. as klaus kinski might say in the movie crawlspace "so be it".

-- i called carolyn at work today just to say the words "flara giney" it was a nickname for a cat we had who went into like perpetual heat. i love that i can call her and say stuff like that. also i called her and sang in my best gregg allman voice that "i'm no angel" song. ie: "come and let me show you my tattoo, let me drive you crazy, come on love me baby". that got no response... usually i call her work voicemail and play it directly in there sometimes she'll call me and yelll "i never said i liked that song!!" which is a lie. she surely did and as they don't play - damn yankees- on the radio she gets gregg allman at least 2x a week. i like to have fun. there's also a running joke about sausages (by running joke i mean i constantly bring up sausages but about the wrong person - i know its the wrong person but i still think its funny because she'll get frustrated and say "i've told you a hundred times that is not the person with the sausage!") to amuse oneself is very important.

---i was wanting to be super industrious and make carmel apples for tomorrow but staring down the barrell of 8:00 - its not seeming like an idea i'll follow through on. i'll just buy some candy or something for the children at work.

-- oh lord, our daily crazy person is here... she is off her meds (i believe) and very irrational and confrontational... yikes. again i'm glad i'll be off tomorrow.
