today has turned out to be a pretty good day after all. had some laughs today as always.... got a m...fing brilliant idea courtesy of ma'dog ron, got a medical appt. scheduled, had a delicious orange.... and a bonus banana! yes.

- i must say the word "chicken slacks" - as a shout out to my friend sue and her husband joel with whom i had an awesome time this past saturday... we laughed out BALLS OFF about the dumbest stuff had some mussels had some wings.. it was really just a fun afternoon. so kudos (as michael york would say).

other then that what? nothin. the diet is kicking the almighty ass- pants are looser, ass seems less ginormous and it the food regime does not taste like crap. i'm wanting to call it "the special" ie: "i'll have the special"- i thought about "the new deal" but thats to fdr. working on it. its actually delish and for this weeks "special" i added what i like to call "some flair" - which just means extra different vegetables. it rocks. and of course the hot sauce makes the whole thing.

i'm off the liberry tomorrow that is fan-f-ing tastic fo' sho'.

the weather however sucks... huge. i keep ma'heat on 58-59 degrees .. the highest its gone thus far this winter is 63 - but its o.k. , got the space heater, the fleece footie pyjamas, the 'lectric blanket....i'm good.

oh well ron just did my favorite liberry announcement - the closing announcement but at the end he adds a "GOOD EVENING" in a really deep booming voice to mimic the closing announcement at the downtown library.... awesome... next we will sing that it's "showtime at the apollo" which means our day is over.
