happy monday everybody. - yeah right. but the dreaded monday is almost over and i'm actually psyched about stopping at the grocery store tonight... i'm excited because i made such a kick ass salad on saturday that i want to do it again. it takes little to get me excited.

so how was your weekend. the weather fan-f-ing-tastic. truly awesome... my landlord/hero and i cleaned off our sitting area in the yard... swept up the leaves and buds, he trimmed the grass, i washed the picnic table and put up the umbrella all so that i could have company and dine al fresco... and it was great.. beautiful night. then sunday again great weather.. the dent in my day was having to work.... buuuuuut... i was paid time and a half (='s big $) to literally read a book for 4 hours... not kidding.. i answered one phone call. and just read. love that kinda job. then i went over the welk/lopixx residence for a shishkabob cook out... or as una would say "chickenbops" which later turned into "chickenbutts" - damn good - kudos (to be pronounced as if you are michael york) to the sinner... damn good grilling. we hung out had some beers, i brought ice cream (which i don't particularly care for but i had a scoop). una was dying for her "ifream tone". a good good night.

so that was that my weekend in a nutshell. i loved every second of it. i really felt blessed.. and i don't say that too often. actually i don't think i've ever said that.. now i feel faggy.

oh well. this week and weekend have all the same promising potential and thusly i am happy.
