so this is technically when summer starts to blow. it is the last day of my vacation... school is quickly approaching. and i start to feel jumpy. bogus.
tonight tom waites is playing at house of blues at midnight. ma'hairdresser marilyn is going and asked if i was interested.... sorry. i am interested i'm just not that interested in midnight. as i stated earlier i have to return to work tomorrow....i'm sure she'll have a good time i think she's actually seeing him 2x today earlier in akron and then again late tonight. marilyns awesome. kudos.
so i'm in the process of trying to buy new eyeglasses..... (my brother always asks "are they mr. whipple glasses?") anyhow found the pair i want at beachwood mall... problem is the dr. has to extend the prescription (my eye doctor made this arbitrary rule that your eyeglasses prescription lasts 2 years if you buy glasses from him and one if you don't...weird huh?) anyhow i called him on it and he said he'd go ahead and send it out there but now i have to gooooo all the way back to beachwood (i was just there friday) to get them. thankfully i'm off wednesday and work early all the other days so maybe by the grace of god i can zoom out there without it being a super huge pain in the ass. big ups to carolyn and una for helping me pick 'em out.
oh well i'm going to go attempt to hit the rack... with summer ending and my 11 hr. work days about to kick back in i have to get back to some sort of regular sleep schedule. i'm sure towards the end of august i'll be using sleeping doobies to get through it. anyhow i wish you all well and hope every thing is going splendidly for you.

Belated (very belated) happy happy on your 27th-ish B-day. School is only supposed to be a drag for kids...ya right. All my academic-type friends are gearing up for it and everybody seems a little bitter, although looking forward to it at the same time. The YOT need your guidance so be there for them. Hope all is good in your life.
