tuesday,
alrighty then school is over for me which is nice. we had a nice staff party this afternoon... but it was weird because usually i can drink aw, c'mon lets face it i'm a professional. anyhow i had some beers and they kicked me in the ass... i got home and fell directly asleep on the couch for like 4 hours... i think i just go along working and working and working and not acknowledging that i may be exhausted and then all at once it rears its head and suddenly its like you're hit by a truck. i feel great now though.
manana, i work all day then have stuff to do in the evening.... my parents keep calling they want to stop over but seriously -i'm only there in brief intervals. thursday also jam packed day and night. then of course we're broaching THE HOLIDAYS. sweet g. give me strength and the will to live. my family does christmas eve and day - i'm thinking at this late stage in the game we should whittle it down to one... its a little over kill.
anyhow what are you all doing? i was thinking of starting a bar oriented support group for pre-holiday family stuff... right? we all meet at where ever say 3:00 with the earliest person having to leave at 4:00 for their family get together... so we sit we have a couple beers and we kind of boost each other up about getting through it.. maybe share some helpful pointers and benign conversation topics and then see each other off. think about it ... i'll be there.
anyhow i'm off to bed.
