hi.
today was a day. work was work. o.k. on some levels, good on others and totally jive horseshit on others... and so it goes and so it goes and so it goes.....
i went to see LOST IN TRANSLATION this evening...i went with carolyn and the sinner we all sat with an empty seat between us.. so despite the fact that we went en masse - i still think i went by myself... i went alone with other people (and i kind of like that- i've had many "dates" like that - big ups enzo) anyhow.. i will spare you my review because i don't want to regurgitate (thanks mr. joe jackson for bringing that word back) the same stuff you've heard about the premise and such, i will say these few things:
1. i liked it.
2. it was bittersweet and good at it
3. if anyone out there sees this movie and has something bad to say about bill murray they should go to hell. (he was great)
4. i liked it.
there you have it.
then i came home, watched some tv, laughed about calling movies "flicks" and reminisced about how much i hate the word "sketch" in all its uses.... hate it. SKETCH... let me sketch that out for you, here its a sketch i did of you and your toaster, hey i wrote this great sketch for my sketch comedy class at Second City, he was the master of sketch comedy, oh those are just my rough sketches........... god don't you hate it.

tomorrow is friday - and i don't have to work on monday!!! (well i have to bartend but i don't have to be at the school!!! hooray).

there was a menacing spider on the hood of my car today then when i pulled into my driveway, got out of the car to look for him and knock him into next week.. he had disappeared.
