so today was technically my last day of vacation. i fed the squirrel. i bought him raw almonds. we laughed we cried we grieved for my having to return to work. its over, its over, don't shed a tear for me its over.
oh well 20 some days left so fuck it. suck it up and deal.
went over to the v's yesterday for an impromptu cook out. nice - good food. DAN V HAS TURKEY BRATS!.
the children. so cute - forget it. forget it.
so i am bumming about the return to work. and my up coming bartending schedule. ick. it'll be fine i'm sure.
today: worked out with the welk this a.m. - had a coffee on the porch to watch the squirrel and my cardinal, napped, treated myself to a lavish dinner of rice, beans, vegetables and chicken AND A DIET DR. PEPPER (which isn't too big of a deal except i gave up pop in july but i was feeling mischievious and decadent - and it was like drinking a huge slab of fudge cake.... tooooooo rich - but good). later i had a little pineapple. IF THIS IS LIFE... it ain't bad my neighbors.
