BOOT FREE AND PROUD TO BE!!
yes i went to el doctor (fans of charles bronson applaud the el doctor reference!!!)
and i am now boot free... i have a smaller contraption on my ankle but i am wearing 2 count em 2 shoes. although the contraption fits well only in sneakers... fine for me.
so what else?
oh i played hookey from work for a bit today!!! hooray!!
i went to the Y in the afternoon and worked out along side a man who looked like seinfelds uncle leo... who exercised in courteroys.... what ever.
then i returned later to swim for a 1/2 hour with the elderly fat couple who was there yesterday...it mellowed me considerably.... but tomorrow is another rage filled day....
lets all go for it this week.
