hi everyone.
it's late but i think i'm sneaking in just under the wire.
so here is my today in simple words/adjective/phrases to define my experience of this day

* parents/lunch/ drive/ pleasant

*visit gene the dog - love

* walk in metro parks 90 minute tape - 90 minute power walk - exhilirating.
*fleeting notion to contact someone long past.

* tv sucks
* tribute to tom hanks. i still hate forrest gump.
* the phrase "be still and know that i am" in reference to god... in my head... lovely.
* "finding the extraordinary in the ordinary"
* dear friends toooooo busy to talk ... AGAIN...i'm dwindeling without their input.

* hot in the house
* franny is sooo georgeous. my god.
* i may be committed
